Setup
Step 1.
- Choose one hole on the practice putting green. If you want to make this drill even more difficult, try to choose a hole with breaks or slopes.
Step 2.
- Take 8 tees and place them around the hole approximately 3ft, 6ft, or 9ft away from the hole (it depends on the difficulty you want). Make a circle with tees around the hole.
Step 3.
- Place one ball beside each tee.
Goal
- The goal is to make all 8 putts from certain positions without missing a single putt. If you miss the putt, then you have to start all over again from the beginning. If you make all 8 putts, then reposition all 8 tees to a longer distance (for example, from 3ft to 6ft or from 6ft to 9ft) and repeat the process again.
- Every putt you make, you get 1 point.
- Score to achieve: 8 points
- Keep track of your score and make notes where you miss the hole (under/above the hole, long or short).
